Tom Goldberg has long experience in international engineering businesses, particularly in UK, Germany, Poland, Ukraine and China.
He is the executive Chairman of AWI Group, which is investing in Salvalco.
He received an MBE for services to international trade, and he has been the Chairman of the Yorkshire & Humberside International Trade Board and the President of the British Constructional Steelwork Association.
Greig brings a wealth of experience from his senior management roles within AWI Group companies, particularly in the field of export related activities and business development, where he built up a network of agents and dealers in Central and Eastern Europe and Scandinavia. He is fluent in German and French.
He is currently a director of AWI Outsourcing Ltd, of which he is also General Manager.
Ghasem Nasr is a full Professor with the Chair in Mechanical Engineering and Innovation in the School of Computing, Science and Engineering (CSE) at the University of Salford.
He is the Director of the Spray Research Group (SRG), the Petroleum Technology Research Group (PTRG) and the Division of Petroleum and Gas Engineering. He has over 25 years of bringing academic and applied industrial research together – particularly covering innovation management and resource management in the specialist areas of his Research Groups.
The Groups have collaborated and worked on various fundamental and applied research and development projects with over 100 multi-national companies and educational establishments.
Gary has a strong track record of sales, quality management, business development and innovation in the UK aerosol business.
Working in sales management for Coster Aerosols for 5 years, Gary first introduced Bag-on-Valve technology to Cussons plc. As Sales Manager of Summit Valve, Gary developed a strong client base in the UK Market.
In the technical sphere, Gary has researched spray technology for global trigger spray projects, resulting in the introduction of several new designs.
He has also developed patented solutions for aerosol filling companies and recently developed niche markets with MG Packaging.
Mark Waters has been involved with sales and marketing in the packaging industry since 1988 and has worked specifically in the aerosol industry since 1993.
He worked with Crown Cork and Seal (subsequently US Can Inc.) as Sales Manager then joined Summit Europe, a global leader in the manufacture of aerosol valves. During his 12 years at Summit, Mark worked with multinational aerosol fillers and marketeers such as Proctor and Gamble, SC Johnson, Reckitt Benckiser, WD40 and Schwartzkopf Henkel.
Thereafter he turned his expertise to sourcing and selling specialist aerosol products within MG Packaging.
